What is Cloord?

Cloord is an Indian education technology company, legally registered as Cloord Solution Private Limited. We build separate digital products for schools, coaching institutes, teachers, authors, publishers and educational institutions.

Which products does Cloord offer?

Cloord offers four products:

• Cloord School: a school management system for admissions, fees, accounts, attendance, marksheets and parent communication. Available now.
• Cloord Publisher: a browser-based studio for designing textbooks, workbooks, question papers and novels. Available now.
• Cloord Academy: a management platform for coaching institutes and training academies. Coming soon.
• Cloord Store: a place for institutions to discover and order educational products and supplies. Coming soon.

Choosing the right product

Which Cloord product is right for my school?

Use Cloord School to run the school office: admissions, fees and dues, accounts, attendance, marksheets, transfer certificates and parent messaging. If your teachers prepare their own question papers, worksheets or books, add Cloord Publisher.

Which product is right for my coaching institute?

Cloord Academy is being built specifically for coaching institutes, with batches, courses, attendance, fees and payroll. Until it launches, many institutes use Cloord Publisher to create their study material and test papers.

I am a teacher. Which product should I use?

Cloord Publisher is designed for teachers who make worksheets, notes and question papers. It works in the browser, supports maths equations and Indian languages, and has a free plan.

I am an author or publisher. Can Cloord help?

Yes. Cloord Publisher handles full textbooks, workbooks, novels and storybooks, with master pages, facing pages, automatic page numbers, collaboration and print-ready PDF export.

Cloord School

What can Cloord School do?

Cloord School covers online student admission, billing and fee calculation, invoice sharing by email, SMS or WhatsApp, expense tracking, balance sheets, financial analysis, messaging, attendance with parent alerts, marks entry, marksheet generation and transfer certificate (TC) generation.

Does Cloord School have mobile apps?

Yes. Cloord School has companion Android apps on Google Play for administrators and staff (Ledger), teachers, parents and students, and school bus drivers.

How much does Cloord School cost?

At the time of writing, the School Plan costs ₹1,600 per year plus 18% GST, which is ₹1,880 in total. It includes unlimited online admissions, bulk student file uploads, document management, analytics and reports, security and daily backups, and priority support. Additional features may be charged separately. See the current pricing.

Can parents receive fee invoices on WhatsApp?

Yes. Cloord School can share invoices with parents by email, SMS or WhatsApp and track whether they were delivered and viewed.

Can I try Cloord School before buying?

Yes. A demo is available from the Cloord School website, where you can also create an account.

Cloord Publisher

What can I create with Cloord Publisher?

Question papers, worksheets, workbooks, textbooks, lab manuals, novels and storybooks. Anything that needs a designed page and a printed or PDF result.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Cloord Publisher runs entirely in a modern web browser. Your work is saved automatically to the cloud, page by page, and you can continue from any signed-in computer.

Which languages does Cloord Publisher support?

English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada and more, plus international languages such as Spanish and French. You can mix scripts on the same page for bilingual material.

Can I add maths equations?

Yes. Click Equation in the toolbar and build it visually from templates for fractions, powers, roots, summations, integrals, limits and more. Equations stay sharp in the printed PDF.

Can several people work on the same book?

Yes. The owner invites people by email as editors (who can change the book) or viewers (who can only read it). You can invite people before they have an account and remove access at any time.

Can I print my book?

Yes. Export a print-ready PDF, either as a vector PDF with selectable text or as an exact-appearance PDF that matches the editor. Pro and Unlimited plans can also export to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Is Cloord Publisher free?

There is a free plan that never expires, with 100 pages across all your books, 5 GB of photo storage and 3 collaborators per book. Paid plans add more pages, storage and collaborators. See Publisher pricing.

Who can see my books?

Only you and the people you invite. Books and images are stored privately and are not published unless you choose to share them.

Cloord Academy and Cloord Store

When will Cloord Academy launch?

Cloord Academy is in its final stages. Follow academy.cloord.com or contact us to hear when it is available.

What will Cloord Academy include?

The planned modules are admissions CRM, students and batches, courses, attendance, fees and invoicing, and payroll.

What is Cloord Store?

Cloord Store is being prepared as a place for schools, coaching institutes and educational organizations to discover and order educational products and supplies. It is not open yet. Contact us if you would like to be notified.

Accounts, data and support

Do all Cloord products share one account?

No shared account is offered across products. Each product has its own sign-in and registration on its own website, so check the access requirements on the product you want to use.

How is my data protected?

Cloord School's plan includes security and daily backups. In Cloord Publisher, books and images are stored privately and only you and the people you invite can see them. Read our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect information.

How do I delete my account?

Submit a request on the account deletion page and our team will process it.
